Trouble logging in?
In order to login to your member account, you will need a valid login ID and password (see above). In addition, you will need to have your computer set to receive cookies:
Internet Explorer - please select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy. It may be necessary to lower your privacy settings for this site.
Firefox - please select Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies to change settings.
Netscape Navigator - please select Edit > Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookie to make changes.
Can't download a file?
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print our teaching resources. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download it free by clicking here.
Many of our files, particularly the Flashcard files, are large and take some time to download. Your patience is appreciated when opening and downlaoding files.
Problems making payment?
the English membership payments are made through our payment service provider, PayPal, either as a PayPal account member or through your regular credit card.
If you have made a membership payment but your the English membership has not been credited contact us immediately with your PayPal transaction ID so we can check and credit your membership.
